1. Hands on experience in Board Design
2. Expertise in schematics design
3. Experience in nicrocontroller / processor based designs, preferably OMAP based.
4. Experience in memory interfaces - SDR/DDR RAM, NAND, Nor Flash
5. Experience in on-board power supply design
6. Sufficient layout knowledge.
7. Good testing and debugging skills
