Qualification: 11 to 15 Years

Candidate Profile

• Will prefer a Educational Qualification in MBA HR (full time)
• Industry background: IT or any high technology company (preferable)
• Must have relevant exposure with experience between 11-15 years.
• Person with good interpersonal and Communication skills

Job Description

• Mainly responsible for the overall management of the Manpower Planning, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management ,Talent Development and Retention.
• Responsible for all aspects of day to day to administration of the activities of the function
• Setting up of systems, processes and procedures that enable smooth running of HR operations
• Ensuring compliance with existing policies and guidelines and having a strategic bent of mind to review / change / create effective policies
• Cost effective recruitment and efficient selection and induction processes
• Training needs identification, planning and evaluation
• Performance and compensation management : strategic as well as operational skills
• Overseeing financial transactions impinging work force like payroll, claims and reimbursement disbursement, benefits administration
• Employee engagement and development
• Managing and developing a good HR team

Other relevant details are:

Approx. years of experience in HR :  10 to 13 years of which atleast 3 to 5 years in a supervisory role


Education :  

Preferably a full time MBA in HR

Likely Current CTC:  

Rs. 10 lakhs to 15 lakhs

What CTC we will need to offer:  

Rs 14 lakhs to Rs. 18 lakhs

Target Industry preferred: 

IT Services , Technology
