Designation: SFDC -BA Profile

Exp: 3 to 6 years of experience

Requirements:

Should have working experience in Salesforce.com (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and Force.com
Should be a configuration and customization subject matter expect.
Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyse information needs and functional requirements
Lead - Requirement understanding, Feasibility Analysis, estimation, Design and Development service skills.
Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language.
Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability;
Liaising extensively with external or internal clients;
Translating client requirements into highly specified project briefs;
Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability;
Should be well versed with all modules of SFDC implementation
Presenting proposals to clients;(Added Advantage)
Working closely with developers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction;
Drawing up a testing schedule for the complete system;
Planning and working flexibly to a deadline;

Qualifications

Should have total experience of minimum 8+ years
Should have 4+ years sales/marketing experience
Good understand of business process
Should be a Graduate/MBA.
Should be certified SFDC Administrator / Consultant
4+ years of experience in SFDC development
Prior experience in SAP/Siebel CRM (Preferable)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
