- At least 3-5 years in area of EAI preferably Sterling Integrator
- Handled project management responsibilities in the past
- Project Management exposure in development/implementation projects as well as support & maintenance projects
- Technology exposure in Sterling Integrator and handled multiple projects in these technologies
- Have good working knowledge on EAI B2B, B2C, Sterling Mapping, SAP Idocs, Unix, Sterling Business process, Project Management, Customer Relations, Oracle, Sterling Control Centre, XML, XSLT, Connect Direct, Connect Enterprise, SFTP, OFTP, AS2 configurations.
- Proven experience in specifying best practices for Sterling Business Integration Suite job development
- Understanding of Service-oriented Architecture (SOA)
- Experience with designing and developing EAI Interfaces
- Knowledge of installation, configuration and developing various common frameworks
- Knowledge of various functions of Integration Competency Center
- Knowledge of Integration design patterns
- Customer/Stakeholder management
- Proven ability to mentor in a team-oriented environment.
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to be both directive and collaborative
- Effective communications, presentation, organizational and planning skills
- Ability and desire to learn rapidly without supervision
- Willingness to take on new challenges and environments on a frequent basis
- Consulting skills would be an added advantages
- Work closely with project application architects and developers to ensure that proper application-integration is being built in to all components of the application(s) and systems.
