Experience: 4-8 years 

Education: Minimum BE (ECE, COMP SC), MCA

Desired Skills:

• Solution Architecture and hands-on-experience in implementing Microsoft Solutions using MSExchange, SQLServer, Hyper-V and Sharepoint
• Hands on experience in implementing Backup and Recovery solutions
• Ability to develop proof-of-concept applications
• Extensive experience in implementing high availability Active Directory/Exchange / SQL Server configurations ^[Must]
• Customer facing experience with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to adapt and work with global customers
• Flexible to travel to the global client locations for 3-6 months
• Storage (SAN,NAS) Management skills would be added advantage
• Prior experience in system administration of  Windows Operating systems like [Windows 2003,Windows 2008, Hyper-V]
• US B1 Visa would be an added advantage
