         Looking for DFT Engineer for SEmiconductor MNC, Find the details below     

 

 

Job Location: Bangalore

 

Job Description:

Ø      Good knowledge about all DFT concepts & ATPG Flow.

Ø      DFT : Vector Generation, ATPG Pattern Generation, Validation, Scan insertion and validation, Timing Analysis

 

Technical Skills:

 

Ø      Tetramax - Synopsys tool, Cadence DFT tool, PT and PTSI tool from Synopsys, Verilog/VHDL

§         Good  experience in doing hands on DFT

§         Should have done block level DFT and full chip DFT for at least 4 products
