Currently seeks a Senior Technology Specialist to join our team in Bangalore.

Job Description:

• Secondary Skill - IBM License Matric Tool( ILTM) and or Tad4d
  
• Primary Skill - Experience on IBM DB2/WAS,JAVA,SQL query writing ,HPSA/HPOO Automation experience or working knowledge of some of the similar applications
  
• Other Skills (Not Part of Standard Primary/Secondary Skills) - Project process Knowledge, Great attitude, good communication
  
• Domain Knowledge - Individuals with an engineering background that have written code in Java, Pearl, sql, etc. Individuals with hands on experience on different operations systems. Individuals with a history of working at jobs that utilized the skill sets provided

Job Level Details:

Required:

• 3 -5 years of application support and maintenance experience
  
• Familiar with Windows, AIX, Solaris, HP-UX, Windows, Operating Systems
  
• Familiar with networking concepts
  
• Ability to write shell, Python and/or batch by hand, larger complex scripts
  
• Troubleshooting skills
  
• Basic Project Process knowledge
  
• Great attitude, exciting and driven
  
• Good Communication

Preferred:

• Knowledge of IBM DB2
  
• Knowledge of IBM WAS
  
• HPSA/HPOO automation experience
  
• Programming experience

Job Description:

• Responsible for the level-2 support and maintenance of the IBM License Metric Tool (ILMT).  These duties include:
  
• Report, review, monitor, and troubleshoot ILMT agent health
  
• Software and hardware scan testing, verification, and troubleshooting
  
• Scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting agent scans
  
• Support, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot the ILMT application. 
  
• Recycle application components as needed. 
  
• Apply ILMT application patches as defined by ILMT engineering (level-3 support).
  
• Assist with integrating the ILMT agent into the server build processes
  
• Work change requests and problem tickets
  
• Participate in the 24x7 support of the ILMT application
