Position: Java/J2ee Technical Lead
Experience: 6 to 8 years

Qualification: BE/B.Tech,MCA
Java Technical Lead :
Ideal candidates would possess 6+ years of experience on JavaEE applications. Candidate can expect to play the role of a Technical Lead. Candidate with the right aptitude can be considered even if he/she has not worked in few of mandatory Technologies. The job requires technically leading a team of 4-6 members, client interaction. Senior positions will lead larger teams.
• Good communication & analytical skills Java, Web Programming skills, Object-Oriented Design (OOD), Debugging skills
• Ability to prepare technical documents, mock screens, data model, explain to team members
• Hands on and proven technical skills in JSP, Struts, Spring, Hibernate is mandatory
• Good exposure to SQL / Oracle
• Analyze user requirements, envision system features and functionality
• Determine design methodologies and tool sets; Conduct tests
• Understand and review technical specification and build functions
• Help developers to understand the design, provide clarifications, participate in code review
• Ensure adherence to delivery schedules along with Quality Process adherence (ISO 9000/CMM)
• Troubleshoot development and production problems across multiple environments
• Exposure to Websphere, JBoss
Preferred:
• Ability to lead / guide developers
• A self learner & able to understand complex systems without any training
• Dedicated and responsible individual with a strong commitment to the assigned task
• Flexible with working hours and willingness to work in Development and production support projects. The work hours would be 11AM to 8PM (extendible on project needs)
