For Sr. Recruiter

• The candidate has to have had atleast 1.5 to 2.5 yrs experience in US recruiting operations.
  
• Communication should be very good.. No  heavy regional accent and spoken English is grammatically correct.
  
• CTC-- Less then 3.5Lacs 

For Jr. Recruiter: 

• The candidate has to have 6 months to 1 yr experience in US recruiting operations.
  
• Communication should be very good.. No  heavy regional accent and spoken English is grammatically correct.
  
• CTC-- 1.75Lacs
  
• Ready to sign ONE YEAR bond.
